Hulk Hogan’s Will: Not Brooke Hogan but Her Brother Takes the Whole $5 Million Worth Assests

In a major development that occurred after Hulk Hogan died of Cardiac arrest, his son, Nick Hogan, filed court documents revealing his late father left behind nearly $5 million in assets. The 35-year-old son of the wrestling icon submitted legal documents for him to be named co-personal representative of his father’s estate, in addition to a man named Terry McCoy.

Nick was listed as the sole beneficiary of his father’s estate, while Hulk’s widow, Melanie Sky Daily, was listed as a surviving spouse. As per Celebrity Net Worth, Hogan had a net worth of $25 million.

Brooke Hogan Had Reportedly Asked to Be Removed From Hulk Hogan’s Will

The interesting revelation from the details of Hulk Hogan’s financial assets in court has been that his daughter, Brooke Hogan, has not been named a beneficiary of his assets.

This is because, as per a TMZ report, Brooke Hogan had asked to be removed from Hulk Hogan’s will. Her desires came to fruition as Hulk Hogan amended his will for the last time on July 28, 2023. The last filing, as obtained by US Magazine, read:

Under no circumstances shall Brooke E. Bollea or any descendants of Brooke E. Bollea be considered a beneficiary or my last will and testament, and any reference in this last will and testament to my children or lineal descendants shall not include Brooke E. Bollea and the descendants of Brooke E. Bollea.

The insider, according to the same report, claimed Brooke wanted to avoid any legal battle over the millions her family was planning to leave behind. In 2021, Hulk amended his will to remove his ex-wife, Jennifer McDaniel, as a beneficiary after their split.

While there was a fallout of relations between Hulk Hogan and her daughter, Brooke Hogan had still paid a heartfelt tribute to her father on his unfortunate demise. The statement, as posted on her Instagram account, read:

My dad’s blood runs through my veins. His eyes shine through my children. And our bond has never broken, not even in his final moments.

As per US Magazine, the paperwork recently submitted by Nick Hogan in Florida court shows Hogan left behind $200,000 in cryptocurrency, $799,000 in personal property and intellectual property, and, in addition to his right to publicity, worth $4 million and an unknown value for a potential medical malpractice lawsuit.

Nick Hogan had also revealed that he had filed a lawsuit against Bubba the Love Sponge to prevent the release of his dad’s well-known sex tape.

Apart from releasing the financial assets of his late father, Nick Hogan has rekindled the controversy surrounding the notorious Hulk Hogan’s s*x tape scandal by bringing a federal lawsuit against radio host Bubba the Love Sponge. Nick is attempting to stop the release of a new documentary called Video Killed The Radio Star: The Untold Story Of The Hulk Hogan Sex Tape Scandal on behalf of his late father’s estate.

Nick Hogan claims, as per a report from TMZ, that the film’s trailer includes unauthorized footage from the leaked tape, misuses Hulk Hogan’s name and likeness, and violates a confidential settlement agreement from 2012 between Hogan and Bubba. The lawsuit accuses Bubba of copyright infringement and trademark misuse.

However, Bubba, whose real name is Todd Clem, has denied having any control or ownership over the documentary (via The Bubba Army YouTube). He maintains that the film actually presents Hogan in a sympathetic light and used a recent livestream to criticize Nick’s legal tactics and question his motives for pursuing the lawsuit.

This lawsuit has become a major topic of discussion in the professional wrestling community. The question now remains: how will the courts react to this lawsuit filed by Hulk Hogan’s son and the subsequent fallout from the decision in either stakeholder’s favor?
