It comes with a drum magazine with a 25-round capacity, which is higher than the standard Breaker variants.

Stat-wise, the Incendiary carries a 25-round drum magazine with four spares, a burst/semi-auto firing mode, and a 300 RPM fire rate. Each shot does 240 base damage, but the real power is in the fire effect. Each pellet fired has a chance to ignite enemies, spreading fire damage that continues to burn them after impact. This makes it perfect against Terminids.

One tip you should know about the Breaker Incendiary is its rhythm. If you shoot the same target too fast, the burn timer will get reset. It takes a second for the burn damage to kick in, and if you shoot the target again before it triggers, then it won’t burn. So the idea is to shoot an enemy once or twice, and then switch.
on launch the Breaker cooked. It was easily the go-to primary weapon (not just best shotgun). It was nerfed and other guns were buffed quite a bit. The fire damage buff really makes the breaker incendiary far better for trash clear now.

The trade-off is that it lacks stopping power compared to other Breaker models and struggles against heavily armored foes. For larger enemies, you should aim for weak points or use it with a heavier anti-armor weapon. But overall, it shouldn’t matter, because it’s still a shotgun, and that’s why it’s on top of all the tier lists.
The Best Loadout for the Breaker Incendiary in Helldivers 2
Because of its nature, the Breaker Incendiary works best with weapons and stratagems that cover its shortcomings. One setup that has worked nicely for us is when you pair the Incendiary Breaker with a Grenade Launcher or the GP-31 Grenade Pistol to deal with medium to large enemies. You can also pair Gas Grenades with it to slow and confuse a horde of enemies.

The same goes for armor. You want to prioritize survivability without sacrificing mobility. Medium armor with perks like Extra Padding or Med-Kit provides enough durability to stay alive during close encounters while still allowing you to have decent mobility.
In terms of stratagems, the Orbital Napalm Barrage and Eagle Napalm Airstrikes synergize perfectly with the weapon’s fire theme. On top of this, you can add ship modules like Enhanced Combustion and the XXL Weapons Bay to get an additional wave of explosives and increase the fire damage dealt by the stratagems.
