Franklin Richards, Professor X and More: Potential X-Men’s Costumes From Avengers: Doomsday Revealed

It’s not every day that you get some promotional art from Marvel Studios for Avengers: Doomsday… but Marvel kind of did that. Featuring Franklin Richards, Professor X, and more, the potential costumes of the X-Men were revealed in a recent promo art.

The image was shared on X, and alongside the X-Men, the image also showed a plethora of characters who will be a part of Avengers: Doomsday. Check out the tweet below:

Well, you can see Dr. Doom. Franklin Richards, Bucky Barnes, Yelena, Professor X, Ant-Man, and more. However, there just seems to be one tiny little problem.

Avengers: Doomsday Promo Art Confirms Our Worst Fear

Looking at the promotional art, we couldn’t help but notice that several characters seemed to be missing from the roster of characters. From Wanda (with die-hard fans wanting her return) to Doctor Strange, several core members of the Avengers

gang were not present.

However, one of the most prominent actors, who has the chance to lead the new heroes into battle, has disappeared. Tom Holland’s Spider-Man was neither hinted at in the cast reveal nor shown in the promo art. The actor had earlier alleged to LADbible that Spider-Man: Brand New Day will be the last hero film that he will work on.

I think with anything, it’s all about what’s in front of you, and right now, what’s in front of us is Spider-Man: Brand New Day, and focusing on making that movie worthy of the last film.

Well, the promo art just confirmed our worst fears as Tom Holland’s Spider-Man is not seen in the promo art. However, fans still have a glimmer of hope as this promo art could just be Marvel’s red herring.

There Might be a No Way Home Twist Awaiting Fans

We all remember how Andrew Garfield vehemently denied all rumors and speculations that he was a part of Spider-Man: No Way Home. Guess what happened? He was a part of No Way Home.

Although the promo art has been released, it seems very… strange that Doctor Strange will not be a part of the upcoming movie. Wanda Maximoff should also be resurrected, as Kevin Feige had also hinted back in 2022.

The only logical explanation that remains is that the list is wrong. Marvel has indeed lied to cover up some of the important storylines throughout the MCU. What’s stopping them from lying again in hopes of creating a powerful enough suspense?

The movie would feel very incomplete without the presence of Dr. Strange, Wanda Maximoff, and Spider-Man. At the end, the final decision remains in the hands of Marvel Gods and Kevin Feige.
