All you need to do is hover over the item you want to duplicate and drop it on the ground from your inventory. Next, ask your friend to pick up the item at the same time as you. If you’re on a voice channel, it’s best you time it by counting down.
If you successfully pick the item up at the same time, the item will appear in both of your inventories. Let’s say you drop 99 Military Medkits; your friend will also get the same amount. Stock up on items like that and simply sell them.
