Did Brock Lesnar Admit Using Steroids: Secrets Behind His Godly Physique Detailed

The usage of steroids in WWE is a common practice in wrestling, and several prominent figures have admitted to using the secret juice. This brings forth a million-dollar question: Has Brock Lesnar also taken steroids at some point in his career? In 2016, when ‘The Beast Incarnate’ faced allegations from Mark Hunt regarding his use of performance-enhancing substances.

During an interview with Fox Sports, Hunt claimed that his opponent is “juiced to the gills” and that it is a “load of bulls**t” that Lesnar was not being tested. Upon hearing Mark Hunt’s words, Lesnar was not amused, and, as usual, he did not mince his words while giving an interview (via MMAWeekly.com). He said,

I’ve been dealing with that my entire life. I’m a white boy and I’m jacked…deal with it. What do you want me to say? I’m a white boy and I’m jacked. Deal with it.

Despite ‘The Beast’ denying the use of steroids, he has never been able to escape the allegations of using steroids, with experts calling him a genetic freak in the history of sports. Now, this raises another question: what is the secret behind his beastly physique?

However, achieving such a godly figure is not easy, as he follows a strict workout routine and diet that he has committed to. The exercises are tailor-made in reference to his 6 ft 3 (190 cm) height and 266 lb (120 kg) weight (via WWE). According to Generation Iron, Brock Lesnar prefers to do a bro split workout routine, focusing on different parts of the body.

However, that’s not all because he also performs fighting and grappling for areas where resistance training can effectively affect his body. Additionally, he incorporated circuit training, mixed bodyweight exercises, machine movements, and cardio to stay in peak physical condition. With that being said, here’s the workout routine of Brock Lesnar:

Before he commences his bro split training session, he does a full-body warm-up to get the blood flowing in his body and avoid picking up any injury during the intense session. Moreover, he wrestles for 10 minutes for a minimum of four times weekly and strikes for 25 minutes per week before he begins his intense resistance training sessions.

Day 1: Chest and Triceps Workout (Monday)

The first workout of the week focuses on two different body parts, that is, the chest and the triceps. It features a total of seven exercises with 3 to 6 sets and different numbers of reps to focus on the targeted area.

Day 4: Leg Workout (Thursday)

The final workout of the week ends with focusing on the legs. It features 7 different exercises that have 3 to 4 sets, and range from 6 to 10 reps.

Day 5: Rest

The fifth day focuses on resting the muscles, which helps his body to recover after the intensive workout sessions that he underwent during the week.

Brock Lesnar: Inside the Meal Plan of The Beast

‘The God’s Perfect Fighting Machine’ has followed a special keto diet for ages and prefers to incorporate his diet with high-protein and high-calorie foods, where he would get his meats from the butcher’s shop and have homegrown fresh vegetables. Additionally, he equally emphasizes keeping himself hydrated, drinking a gallon of water on a daily basis.

With that being said, his everyday diet contains 6 meals throughout the day. Here’s his daily meal plan (via Generation Iron):

Additionally, he also prefers to enrich his diet even more with supplements. It includes whey protein, ZMA, multivitamins, BCAAs, creatine monohydrate, fish oil, and glutamine. This diet helps ‘The Conqueror of the Streak’ to stay in fighting shape throughout the year and break records that are not meant to be broken in the first place.

Ronnie Coleman Explains How Brock Lesnar Is a Natural

Brock Lesnar’s superior body build has been a direct source of inspiration for Hajime Isayama in his magnum opus, Attack on Titan. However, his build has often raised eyebrows, but Ronnie Coleman, the legendary bodybuilder, has other notions about it, as he believes Lesnar has an all-natural body.

Appearing as a guest on The Ranveer Show, Coleman was showcased with various pictures of the 3-time Universal Champion, pointing out different parts of his body and how it is a gift of genetics and unparalleled commitment to fitness. He said,

I ain’t really paid a lot of attention to his body though. You know, from what I’ve seen, he don’t really like, he really taken anything. Nah, that’s just the natural result of a guy who has worked hard.

The host wondered, “What in this body gives it away that he’s natural?” ‘The King’ explained that the “lack of definition all over his body” was where nothing unusual could be seen at his legs, arms, or shoulders. He was also shown a more recent picture of the WWE Superstar, where he explained that he still looks “natural” to him.
