Who Is Joseph Naso, The Central Subject of Death Row Confidential

Joseph Naso is the serial killer whom the documentary crew of the Oxygen series Death Row Confidential: Secrets of a Serial Killer will be following in the show. Naso is known as the Alphabet Killer, due to his confirmed victims reportedly having names that started with the same letter, ‘R’. Naso is currently in prison and is on death row at the age of 91.
The killer has been active since the ‘70s but was only apprehended in 2013 and was convicted of murd*ring four women, though the docu-series and latest reports claim that his victim count was far more. Naso has reportedly maintained his innocence for the horrific killings, claiming that he was not guilty.
One of Naso’s fellow death row inmates revealed in the docu-series that the Alphabet Killer confessed to him privately about as many as 26 victims during his time. While he has only been convicted for four killings, his fellow inmate, William Noguera, revealed that Naso confessed to him about more murd*rs, including one that was attributed to the Dating Game Killer (ABC7 News).
Noguera is a participant in the docu-series and has revealed what his prisonmate confessed to him.
