Borderlands 4 Convergence Legendary Shotgun Guide – Location & Stats Explained

Borderlands 4 was just released a few days ago, and apart from some minor bugs and major performance issues (yikes!), the game has everything from personal vehicles to legendary weapons. Today, have decided to make a guide for the Convergence Shotgun, so that even you can handle this beast by yourself. Without any further ado, let’s get started.

Where to find the Convergence Shotgun in Borderlands 4

The Convergence shotgun is a dedicated drop from the Bramblesong, which can be found in the Bittervein Abandoned Auger Mine. To efficiently reach the Bittervein Abandoned Auger Mine, you need to start from the Snowy Wells Safehouse and just head north to find the hidden entrance. This mine can be a bit of a maze for a lot of people, but you’ll find the boss room if you just keep exploring.

The Bramblesong boss is one of those flying bosses who are kinda annoying rather than being hard, plus her AoE attacks can just obliterate you in seconds. So, we suggest that you keep moving around while fighting the boss, and also don’t finish it off when it’s right above the cliff, because then you won’t be able to access the loot she will drop after getting killed. You can also farm the boss as many times as you like with Moxxi’s Big Encore Machine.

The Convergence Shotgun Stats in Borderlands 4

The Convergence is a legendary shotgun in Borderlands 4 from the Ripper Manufacturer, and while this Shotgun might not have the best damage in the entire game, it will surely keep you entertained. The Convergence is one of the coolest-looking shotguns in the game, and it also has the best reload animation.

The Convergence shotgun also has a slight charge-up time, where it takes some time to charge before firing, plus whenever the pellets of this gun hit an enemy, it summons additional pellets around the target and focuses fire on it. The Convergence also boasts some impressive statistics, with the legendary effect being asymptotic. The gun also has an alternate fire, which literally fires a beam of lightning that deals shock damage and can chain to one additional target.
