All Games Coming to PS Plus Game Catalog in September 2025 – Extra & Premium Lineup Revealed

Itching for some fresh new games to dive into, PlayStation fans? Well, Sony has finally revealed the September 2025 game catalog for PS Plus Extra and Premium. Those who are subscribed to the service will get access to up to eight games this month, including the likes of WWE 2K25, Persona 5 Tactics, The Invincible, and many more, starting on 16th September. 1. WWE 2K25

Platforms: PS4 & PS5

First up on the PS Plus Extra and Premium lineup for this month is WWE 2K25. The annual wrestling game was released all the way back in March and has quickly won over all wrestling fans worldwide. It boasts a roster of over 300 current Superstars and Legendary icons.

We also see the reintroduction of Bloodline Rules, Underground, and chain wrestling alongside new mechanics and match types. If that wasn’t enough, the MyRise story will take you to new arenas, brawl environments, and arcs as you fight to take over the WWE universe. Don’t miss out on this one, gamers.

2. Persona 5 Tactica

The next mainline Persona game is still years away from hitting the shelves, but PlayStation gamers can dive into Persona 5 Tactica in the meantime. This spin-off brings a turn-based strategy adventure with an all-new story set in the iconic universe, and the return of beloved Phantom Thieves.

You’ll build your ultimate squad, take part in tactical battles, and uncover dark twists along the way. If you end up liking the game, there’s also additional DLC content available to take the experience to the next level, but keep in mind it’s sold separately.

3. Green Hell

4. Fate/Samurai Remnant

Get ready for some action RPG fun with Fate/Samurai Remnant on PS Plus Extra and Premium this month. It’s set in Japan’s Edo period, and throws you right into the middle of the Waxing Moon Ritual. This is a battle where seven Masters and their Servants fight it out to get their hands on the power to grant any wish.

While it’s an RPG on paper, the combat in Fate/Samurai Remnant plays out in a hack-and-slash style. You’ll be able to wield a variety of weapons, command your Servants to unleash special attacks, and switch between different stances. On top of that, you will be able to explore Edo districts like Kanda, Akasaka, and many more.

5. The Invincible

The Invincible is like Life is Strange, but set in a sci-fi universe with more action. You step into the shoes of Yasna, who’s an expert astrobiologist, part of a crew that’s out there in space to explore a mysterious planet. What should be a straightforward scientific mission quickly unravels into chaos when crewmates go missing. Now, it’s up to you to track them down.

Surviving this alien world won’t be easy. However, you’ll have various tools to rely on, such as a handheld telescope, scanner, and much more. Every action and decision you make will shape the outcome, leading either to survival or death. So, choose carefully.

6. Crow Country

Platforms: PS4 & PS5

Crow Country is a perfect pick for all the casual PlayStation gamers out there looking for a cozy survival horror experience. You explore an abandoned theme park and solve various puzzles and mysteries along the way. There’s a deep story that needs to be pieced together to uncover the secrets behind the place, and the rumors that might creep you out.

As you advance in the game, new areas open up, and there’s more for you to explore. From our own experience, the way the story is unfolded through twists and unexpected conclusions is beautifully crafted. It’s genuinely one of the best games in the horror scene right now, and it deserves your time.

7. Legacy of Kain: Defiance

PS Plus Premium members get a special treat this month with Legacy of Kain: Defiance. This is a classic action-adventure title from the golden era of gaming that lets you play as powerful vampires, Kain and Raziel. It’s your task to wield their legendary swords, fight through a dark world, and uncover their destinies.

If playing with Vampires wasn’t cool enough, both of them unlock new combat moves, powers, and abilities as you progress. You’ll be able to switch between them and explore the world. While the visuals might feel outdated compared to modern games, the gameplay is still solid.

8. Conscript

The final game from the PS Plus Game Catalog this month is Conscript. This is a survival horror experience that’s set in 1916 during the Great War. You take on the role of a French soldier whose mission is to locate an ally and make it through the horrors of a war. What makes this game really unique is its top-down perspective.

Think of this game as Resident Evil meets Medal of Honor. There’s a unique PS1-style aesthetic that perfectly captures the atmosphere of WW1. Each chapter challenges you to explore, solve puzzles, and complete various puzzles.
